You are responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, or share through the app, including notes, frames, clips, comments, profile details, tags, and report reasons.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

The app may change, pause, or stop individual features as needed to support the service or to respond to operational changes. The service is provided on an as-available basis.

Intellectual Property

The app, its interface, and related design elements remain protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You keep responsibility for the content you submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avivion is not responsible for interruptions or limitations that arise from device conditions, platform services, or normal service maintenance.

Termination

Access may be limited or ended if necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law. You can also remove your local account data from Profile.
